Before I begin, I would like to mention that my suggestions does not involve clicking ads, taking surveys or watching videos. The opportunities I will mention is what I have been using myself and is available for anyone anywhere in the world with zero starting fees!

You’ve probably gone through Youtube videos on how to make money online but you’re tired of that because most of them are just click bait videos that are not even entirely honest or they recommend freelancing websites that is just a waste of time since there is too much competition that totally drowns you out. I know it can be exhausting going through those videos and even break you down because nothing seems to be working. Hopefully you find something in this list which may help you, so lets get straight to it!

  1. Redbubble

Redbubble is an online marketplace for print-on-demand products based on user submitted artwork. Even if you don’t have any art work you could just upload simple text which you think will look good on a shirt or laptop cover or even on a shower curtain, though your main focus should be on designs for shirts, if it looks good on a shirt then add it to ALL the products for a higher chance of earning more. So far, I have only uploaded 12 designs and have made 7 sales. My commission from those earnings was around 10 dollars, not bad for so few designs, if you can do 1 upload each day, I am confident that you will do really well for yourself. You don’t need to just focus on this website, take your very same designs and upload it to other print-on-demand websites such as Printful and Etsy.

Now the cool thing about these sites is that people find your designs through searching certain keywords. I know that Redbubble also recommend your products to others who searched for similar designs and through email. Now that is pretty neat!

“Okay, interesting, but is there any way to get more free traffic?”

I’m glad you asked! There is and it doesn’t involve you spamming a link on Facebook groups which allow you to do so. Once your design has gone live on Redbubble, head over to business.pinterest and sign up for your free business account which allows you to keep track of views on your pins and see which ones get clicks and outbound clicks to your merchandise. When creating a pin, add as much appropriate keywords as you can think of which will appear in searches but even one keyword is fine.

Things will be slow at first but if you keep at it, you will see some amazing results!

2. SEOclerk

Freelancing websites such as Upwork and Fiverr can be quite challenging to land a gig in my personal opinion and experience. Though I did find SEOclerk to be much easier, not are there only projects you can bid on but you can offer any service you like and the best part is, you get daily boosters to boost your service to the top of a certain category in search results. Things may still go slow here too but at least you are able to see how many views your service gets. Please note that the above link is my referral link.

3. Rev

When it comes to transcription and captioning work for beginners, Rev will be on the top of my list, you don’t need to download any software and do all the work on your browser. Their caption editing tool known as Dash is extremely user friendly making your work way easier. Transcribing can be daunting but at Rev you work when you want for as long as you want, you don’t need any experience and you also get paid doing the training!

4. Hivemicro

When it comes to micro tasks, so far the best one I’ve come across is Hivemicro, even though I am not really active on there anymore, here you do simple tasks such as answering Yes/No questions, drawing boxes around people or objects but I must admit this is easier said than done, your boxes have to be perfect, tightly fitted and touching the outer most edges of whatever it is you’re boxing. There’s just so many different tasks to choose from and most of it, you earn really small change and might be worth your time if you living outside the US or UK but I also wouldn’t discourage anyone living in the US or UK regions because every now and then you do find a task that pays really well. They only have 2 payment methods where they pay to your Pay-Pal or by Bitcoin, you can set your own payment threshold but the minimum threshold is 2 dollars.

Have a look at my stats for example, even though my life time tasks show 8000, that was due to a task of answering Yes or No to spot a certain object in a picture, it paid around 1 dollar per 1000 tasks, so I was getting paid 1/10 of a cent, meaning for every 10 answers I get 1 cent. Very little but I was answering quick while making sure all my answers are correct.

So remember if you see a task paying $15 dollars per 1000 tasks, you will be earning 1 and a half cents for each micro task completed. If your work is not accurate you may end up getting banned from a job for a certain amount of time. I got banned a few times from certain tasks, surprisingly because I felt my work was accurate. Once the ban timer runs out, you can re-apply for the job but you will have to complete the training all over again before actually starting the paid job.

5. WealthyAffiliate

Affiliate marketing may be the best thing to get involved in and if you got no experience in this field, head over to WealthyAffiliate because there is constant support and even a live chat with other community members. They teach you from the beginning step by step on what to do to become successful, Sign up for the free trial package which will allow you do their training and chat with them to see if this will be for you, after your trial period ends you will need to pay a monthly fee to stay active, you can’t go wrong here and that fee is well well worth it. The number 1 rule to working online is to avoid any website that asks you a fee to work for them because it is most likely a scam but not WealthyAffiliate, they have changed many peoples lives and I strongly encourage you to do some research about them on Youtube.

I’ve tried dozens upon dozens of earning online opportunities on various different websites and these are my top 5, I hope that at least one of them can help you.

I wish you all the best and please, stay safe and stay at home during these difficult times.
